Knobbed Russet
Truly bewildering and amusing to behold, Knobbed Russet apples hail from 1820s Sussex, England. While they might not pass a conventional beauty test, they’re truly delicious, with strong citrusy and nutty notes. I named this particular one Slime, due to its resemblance to the Ghostbusters character.
