Hidden Rose, also called Airlie Red Flesh, is a red-flesh cultivar from Oregon. It was discovered as a seedling back in 1960. It tastes of pure lemonade. This was one of the first photos I took for the Odd Apples Project. It holds a very special place in my heart.
Each photo is signed by William Mullan and printed by Brooklyn Archival on Epsom Hotpress Bright, a truly magnificent paper made of 100% cotton, with a heavy grammage of 330gsm. Proceeds will go toward the production of the next edition of Odd Apples.
