Calville Blanc D’Hiver
Not many apples can lay claim to being the subject of a Monet painting, but Calville can. This curvaceous French apple delivers a flavor reminiscent of lemon custard. The absolute best baking apple around. Discovered in Normandy, France in 1600.
Each photo is signed by William Mullan and printed by Brooklyn Archival on Epsom Hotpress Bright, a truly magnificent paper made of 100% cotton, with a heavy grammage of 330gsm. Proceeds will go toward the production of the next edition of Odd Apples.
