Also known as “Star Lady”. Api Etoile is a palm-sized pomme with pleasing acidity and a fun but challenging crunch. It was first recorded in Switzerland sometime in the 17th century and has since then remained the cutest apple that’s ever existed. Unfortunately, Api tends to be a biennial bearer, which makes it quite tough to find. It's too bad because it's begging to take over school lunch boxes.
